Reception of participants and scrutineering:
Friday 14th   from 10am to 8pm and Saturday 15th from 7- 8:30 am.

Timetable for heats on Saturday and Sunday: 1st/3rd ascent from 10:15am. 2nd/4th ascent from 2pm.
Your competition no. is ….. Please place it on each side, and on the front of your vehicle, the height of the numbers is about  18 cms. for motorbikes and 25 cms. for cars.
As you requested, we have reserved … night/s in a single/double room for the …………….. September, … place/s  for the Saturday evening Ollon/Villars dinner.

Competitors take part in the International Motor Race Historic Ollon-Villars Hill climb entirely at their own risk.
Any civil or criminal law proceedings between competitors themselves or against the organisers (SMO) and their staff are out of the question.
By participating the competitor agrees to accept the general conditions indicated in the entry form.
Before arrival at the start line, every participant must have signed a discharge paper both towards other competitors and the organisers. Nobody will  be allowed to start without having signed this document
1°Helmet, gloves and overalls compulsory.
2°Scrutineering (safety) will be carried out by the organiser’s race stewards. This check however, does not imply the responsibility of the organisers for any technical fault during the heats. In the event of a failure at scrutineering, no reimbursement will be made.
3°As this Historic event is not a race, there will be no timing.
4°Vehicles will leave the start line every 30 seconds. Please take care to observe any instructions given by the race stewards. Failure to follow these instructions could lead to exclusion from the following heats. Such exclusion would give no right to a reimbursement. In cases where there is obvious danger to the lives or safety of others, exclusion from the event will be immediate.
5°Passing through the village of Huémoz, speed is limited to 40 km/h and anybody exceeding this limit will be disqualified.
6°In the event of break-down, you must follow the race stewards’ instructions. They alone have the right to give instructions to clear the road. In the case of break-down away from the stewards, you should position your vehicle on the right-hand verge and clearly indicate to other participants that it is immobilised.
7°Partial obstruction of the road (accident or break-down) will be signalled by a yellow flag.
8°The demonstration heats are subject to the LCR (Loi sur la circulation routière – Swiss highway code)
9°Any participant not obeying the general conditions or behaving dangerously will be excluded by order of the Stewards.
10°Vehicles will start in group order, see the timetables posted in the paddock, please be ready 30 minutes before the departure of your group.
